Risk-free trading environment:
Realtime Forex allows its white label partners to eliminate their market risk by automatically turning all or some of their positions with Realtime Forex. Realtime Forex, which is a market maker, takes no commission on these transactions. Client credit risk can also be eliminated by employing our margin requirement limits within the system which allows client positions to be closed when a client reaches a pre-defined close-out margin. |

Free system upgrades:
Realtime Forex continues to invest heavily in its trading system to ensure that the system remains state-of-the-art. These enhancements are passed along to our partners, free of charge, as and when they become available. |

Comprehensive customer service:
Realtime Forex provides its white label partners with all the training required to ensure that its staff is capable of using and maintaining the system. If, however, there are any problems, Realtime Forex’s trading and help desks are available 24 hours to answer any questions or resolve any problems. |

Market exclusivity:
Realtime Forex will only work with a limited number of white label partners and will work with these partners to set up the parameter under which they can maintain an exclusivity in their market. |

RTFX ™ Pro and RTFX ™ Light has been used by tens of thousands of traders and has proven itself to be a reliable and secure trading platform, even under heavy trading conditions. A multi-tiered fallback procedure ensures maximum stability and minimum downtime even in the most adverse circumstances. Using SSL V3, a state-of-the-art encryption system, Realtime Forex ensures that all client transactions remain confidential and client accounts are protected. SSL V3 employs certificate authentication at both the client and the server sides for extremely secure communications. RTFX ™ Pro and RTFX ™ Light certificates are delivered by our proprietary certificate authority to allow maximum control and privacy over client information. |

| What Realtime Forex Requires? |
|
Minimum trading volume of USD 500 million/month:
In return for our online forex trading service and ongoing support, which are provided free of charge, we require our white label partners to provide Realtime Forex with a minimum trading volume of USD 500 million per month. Our white label partners can trade directly via RTFX ™ Pro and RTFX ™ Light on our live market prices. As with all clients, Realtime Forex does not charge any commissions or fees and offers its standard two way spread of 3 – 5 pips on all the major currencies. Above the minimum trading volume, white label partners are free to trade with other counter-parties if they so choose. |

Properly regulated and licensed partners:
Realtime Forex will require all potential white label partners to verify that they are properly regulated and licensed to do business in their country of residence. |
